Tt armour facia wiring!

Hello

Got me a thermaltake armour, but im confused on wiring it to the mobo! There are a few wires (Hdd light, power switch etc) does it matter which way up i plug them in? (eg. some wires might be on the wrong side beacuse i plugged them in upside down).

The wires are either blue and white or orange and white...which wire is positive/negative for the led's and powerswitch?

Need help quick so i can get on with building....

well for switches it doesnt matter but for leds they only light with the current flowing in the correct direction so if the power/hdd leds dont light flip them.
