why don't you go with XFX?
why don't you go with XFX?
You do need a LOT of clearance for the card, I installed one for a friend, we had to get a different case actually to get the thing in. I didn't try swapping it into mine, but I imagine since I'm already running a 7950 GTX it "should" fit, with little problem. I'm going to wait for a dual GPU Dx10 card.

I was thinking about sending my card to someone from the US to step it up, but they need the certificate, so its useless :<

Announcing: Project ******* (Soon)
EXAC Will cease to exist due to me finally getting a new rig! BUT I will mod the new case ;P
I just needed the serial on the card to register it, and then my invoice from Newegg.
eVGA recieved my card earlier today, so soon they should ship out my new one and I'll then have an 8800GTX
YAY! Happy ending =]
oh and Vertigo, i wouldn't be so sure. The 8800GTX cards are huge. Even the GTS cards are a good half inch bigger then the 7950GX2's. Be careful when you buy, measure it first.
I should have plenty of room for it. Especially if I move my hard drive down.
Alright, it was shipped out a few mintues ago. I payed for 2 day shipping, so it should arrive here any day now. I'll be sure to keep everyone updated on it's status, and post pictures once it's here.
