FYI, It's not harassment until he tells you not to call him anymore. Then the creditor can call all they want, but just not their place of employment, that is considered harassment. At least that _used_ to be the law concerning creditor contact.

We've set up a system that compares IP's with proxies and compares to a master list, and our banned list.

It then lets us know when someone 'suspicious' is trying to sign up. Thus far, it's only caught spammers, so i might just turn on the function that prevents them signing up. I'm keeping my eyes open for rosecityracr and Fear/Razor. If either of them try and come back, I'll hopefully spot them and reban them. Realistically, i can't look at every IP and compare them all. But I'll do my best.
