Anyone who think a computer is sexy need to #$? and fast
This material is sold under a rigorous control system at medical / surgery store. I am a lawer and also could buy it.
It's 'till better material to do plexiglass soldering works, as the plexi seller said.
I'll use it carefully, dressing gloves, gas mask and glasses.
Thank's for your advice.
Thank you Intrace. I really apreciate your coments, you're wellcome.
Couldn't do it, but i am going to bed later too. :p
Thank you !
Finished something and started another one:
New stuff (got amazing):
Font cover begins:
Tomorrow i'll post more photos and do some coments of works. I am really tired now !
That's all folks !
Pedro Torres.
the plexi looks much better nice work.
Neat plexi work. I think something that would go neat would be a coolant reservoir in the plexi bubble on the side.
Coffee is love, coffee is life.
to get the lighted ring you should use a hole saw and a drill press, without the guide bit.
Good luck!

This give-me a lot of work, but it worsth the effort (did it 3 times). I liked the result too.
Thank you !
You give a shot really near the idea i have. I intend to put this reservoir on front panel, using the smal ET. I am having trouble finding the plexi tube to replace the original glass case of little ET.
The hole idea is seems like you told.
Thank you, for your suggestion !
I already thoke how do it and this you told is the way i found better, but, i'll do a first hole with a hole saw with his bit, than, use the first hole as a guide to others, withou de bit. When tried do directly, it 'dances' over hard plexi. :p
Thank you for this tip, really nice one.
Thank you, i am doing the best i can. And sometimes, i have to do one piece, 2-3 times 'till get the result i spect. But the great deal is the learning process and friendship you conquest, it's the amazing thing.
Thank you !
This Weekend, i started some things on front panel and did the font case (it's almost finished).
Really hard work sanding (hope win that simbol to hard work )
Results as expected, very nice:
Almost there, with motherboard screws to font don't touch plexi directly:
This was how i did the holes, but, i did it another time to get final shape:
Clorofórmio is really very easy to work, not so toxic as i imagine, and fix the plexi easly, fast and stronger, watch:
The back panel of font i told did it twice (final result):
The measurements was perfect, the fun fits very nice, about 3mm over the font components, really nice:
Tomorow i'll finish it.
See you and sorry about delay, i am a modder that become a lawer at free time
Thank you !
Pedro Torres.
More font case work photos :

Dremel router at work...
Done:
Changing the internal cooler conector...
Done:
Disapointed with an anoying protuberance wich don't let's me close the front panel correctly, so, i did a hole another font, just more longer than first:
Keep the front panel and did all the rest again (waste a lot of expensive plexi)...
And, finelly:
