any computer tech/builder/tinkerer worth their salt is going to own one for quite some time to come.
In a time of chimpanzees I was a monkey.
i have 4 or 5.....
I have one in each of the computers around here.
Will continue putting them into computers I build.
"A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, con a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyse a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects"
Robert A. Heinlein
I have a few. None of them are hooked up though.
I have a couple lying in a box somewhere.
Still use them for Raid Drivers
Oh!, and I forgot, have one with my card reader, dont take much space and continue to be useful in certain occasions
Anyone who think a computer is sexy need to #$? and fast
I have about 12 of them. I only realized last night how many i have. One in my SO's computer, one in my sgi540-to-pc mod, one that is _supposed_ to be in my current system (not connected, but still used to load the raid drivers in case I need to reload windows). I even have a scsi floppy for some of my old sgi systems. I only recently threw away 2x 5 1/2" floppy drives, still in working condition (let see you try and buy media for that drive).
I am in the process of purging stuff, that is how I know how many I have...
"...Dumb all over, A little ugly on the side... "...Frank Zappa...
Most of mine are now part of the TIP-3000.
