    Default non-modular to modular

    no this project hasnt started yet but i plan to tommorow and i dont want to forget, before i start i need a reccommendation for a connector for the molexes to psu, any ideas?

    Microphone plugs and sockets would work and look cool.

    Microphone plugs and sockets would work and look cool.
    Maybe not the safest. You can get cool looking connectors from most electronics shops, but don't expect them to be cheap.

    hit up radio shack or some electronics stores and find some cb or mic connectors. also try and find places that sell aeronautical equip. hell even hit up a truckstop or two.

    Jellcote the outside of some BNC connectors, you could make a plastic frame to hold 4 togeather like a big plug.

    Exactly why Dave? They have connectors and they lock in place. I was considering using them on a project myself, but I can't see a reason why they would be unsafe.
