more fans than connectors

My motherboard has no fan connector for a rear exhaust fan. What is the cheapest way to get the fan to work? Is it possible to splice it into another fan or connect it through molex?

just find a cheap 3 pin to 4 pin molex connector, they usually run for like a buck or two, but you get screwed with shipping

I prefer to make my molex's modding.I do it all my self....
I have a 10 fan cooling and only three of them are connected to my
motherboard!All of the others are conected to the power supply!
