Trust me, I've been googling, and I'm not coming up with much. Can someone help me with specs on a Ford 8.8 rear axle?
Max HP it can withstand stock
what spline axles it has
4-link setups
etc.

Well the Mustang axles are different from the trucks. Maybe I should of specified 8.8 Mustang rear ends.

We've got the spline already, 28.
Max HP... I think experience would speak best.
I'm going to ask some of my neighborghs to see if they have any idea..
As to 4-links... You want "links" (net) for the 4-link setup?
Or just general info?
Links for the links! LoL

Kinda ironic, eh?
There's all kinds of custom 4-link setups with 8.8 axles, but I haven't found kits yet to do it, like bolt-in kits. And how much it would be; that kind of 4-link info.
And I have about 450-500 HP, and I need to know what in the axle I should upgrade before I add slicks. If the differential is weak, launching with slicks will shatter it. So if that's the case I'll buy a Detroit Locker or an Eaton Posi.
Just little information that could make the difference between making it or breaking it, that's all.
