That's sooo neat! Great effect. Put it up by your front door, and rig it so when you open the door, stand behind it, and that face pops out and screams. Make some neighbors piss their pants .

Ears, Made with Smoothon Mold Max 15t clear I added oil paint ( GRAY)
Made a socket to hold in place. The ears will be cover with hair.
