I recently received a new Enermax Phoenix and I love it. It's sleek, it's black, it's roomy, it has excellent cooling options. Check it out:

985323: What is the front door on the NZXT case made from?

They are both pretty nice cases, but at the moment im being put off cases with the sort of whiteish/greyish metal interior (i dont really know if its a kind of metal or metal treatment or whatever) and much prefering the look of aluminium interiors.
I am planning to learn to paint at some point, so that wont be so much of an issue when i do, but until i can find the time to do it, i want a case that im gonna be reasonably happy with for the time being.

Have you considered the new Lian-Li A17?

    Check it out

It's black, clean, aluminum and very good airflow. Pricey, but if you know lian-li, you know it's quality.

I like the look of the lian-li from the outside quite a lot, im not massively keen on the layout of the interior, but thats a small issue. It'll definatley be one too keep in mind!
    Thanks for the recommendation Zeus!

Im leaning towards the coolermaster cosmos at the moment, i just think its a very sleek looking case and the interior is functional and visually attractive.

I doubt i will have the money to blow on a case for a while though, so i welcome any more recommendations.

You could always go with the Cooler Master Stacker. I have one and like it a lot. It is mesh. So painting may be a little trickier, esp if you are a novice.

I've also liked the NZXT Nemesis, although it's a little busy, and has a premod window.

I've never used this, but it looks interesting. The SILVERSTONE SG03-B. It's black, aluminum, interesting but not too busy, and has at least one side that is paintable.

    Good luck!

The stacker is alright, although im not sure i like it enough to warrant paying out that much for it.
I really dont like the front of the nemisis!
There is absolutly no way i would get all my hardware in the SILVERSTONE SG03-B! it looks like a tiny case!

The tempest is pretty nice, but again im put off by the grey metal interior.

    Thanks for the links guys!!

Please someone help I am in Dell Hell I have a dell Dimension 8200 mother board with 1gb of RDRAM and a 1.8ghz p4 processor. I also have a power supply for it, but I'm confused.
I'm having a hard time finding a case for the motherboard that fits. I have been told its standard ATX but I'm not sure. Even if the motherboard fits I don't think that the power and reset buttons on a custom case will fit the motherboard front panel connector. If anyone can help me I would be really grateful.

    Thanks for the link p0Pe.

EDIT: you didnt actually link me, but oh well, thanks anyway!
Well really the side fan is a good thing. If you really hate it you can just get another piece of plastic and replace it, but a fan that large on the side of the case really helps with airflow throughout the case.
