Moving Email from one computer to another?

Hey guys! I have my new computer built and ready to go, my only hold up right now is that im putting the hard drives from my current computer into the new one i just built. I've transfered all my data to Citrus. However, i cant seem to figure out how to save the messages from outlook express to a file i can move around. I tried File>Export>Messages... but i can see thats only for transporting messages to MS Outlook or MS Exchange. When i click yes on the dialog box i get an error about initializing the MAPI. I've allways just passed on saving my email in the past but i have $1k worth of ebay receipts and various other imformation i cant afford to loose this time around.

I know there must be an idiot button to do this. I'm just too much of an idiot to find it

Help please! I have untill tuesday night to get this done!
