Default Recommend a Good PSU Tester

I'm about to write a review on a power supply and I wanted to get everyone's opinion on the best way to test it. If you could, recommend either a single unit PSU tester (software or hardware) that would test the unit thoroughly, or write up a little guide or idea as to how I should test it.

    Thanks!
I would really like my Thermaltake prizes... Thanks everyone for my wonderful prizes!

OCCT has rudimentary stuff built in, but you really need an oscilloscope to do it right.

I have two, a B+K Precision 2720 20MHz dualtrace and a B+K Precision 1570a 70MHz quadtrace. A scope will pretty much do anything any other tester will do, and then some. A lot of people are getting rid of scopes dirt cheap on Fleabay, or I picked mine up by asking around and getting old analog scopes when people no longer needed them. An analog scope is still far and away better than anything else I can think of.
