    Default Blue Screen after Win 7 Installation?

    So I'm installing Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit (Retail) for a friend. It restarts several times like normal but when it gets to the "starting services" step it BSODs. I've tried disabling certain onboard hardware, updating the BIOS, unplugging USB devices but I get the same error every time.
    Does any one have any ideas?
