I'm looking for cheap Uv light and would rather them to flash on and off. The ones that plug into molex are preable.

Cold Cathodes. (2) 12" tubes run around $10. You can add a transistor to the power line and something to trigger the switching. 555 timer circuit, audio input, etc.
