Question Apex or Foxconn? - 2 Cases ...

    Hey guys.

I'm sort of stuck on which case to use for my project. Here's the links to both on NewEgg -

APEX TX- 381 Black Steel MicroATX Mid Tower
Computer Case ATX12V 300W Power Supply
<- Probably the case I'll be getting... I think?

    Foxconn TLM436-CN300C-01 Black/Silver
Steel MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case
    300W Power Supply

Had good luck with either company? Is one better than the other?
    Thanks!

Current Project: n/a (Coming real soon though)

I had a Foxconn mobo die on me once

Either case is good, but I like the Foxconn one better (if it were to stay stock, otherwise either is a good choice and buy by the features).

Either way, don't trust the PSU they ship with. A good rule of thumb is, if it comes with the case, don't trust it for long.
    RIP Bucko

    Alrighty. Thanks Mal & Solja!

But, one more question. Which would be the better buy for modding?
I like either one, and I don't really need a handle. If I do, I can just install one. That counts as a mod, too. (LOL?)

Edit: Hmm, I think I'll go for the APEX. It's only a few dollars more (including shipping), and it has a lot of positive features.

Well either one would be great... I personally think the Apex is the best choice for modding, however if you do change your mind (last minute changes happen alot), like you said you can add a handle. MNPCTech has great handle mod supplies amongst numerous other things.

Well, thanks guys for your comments.

My budget rides right along the total of the Apex case w/ shipping, so I'll have to wait a few more days till I can buy my materials. (Plexi, sandpaper, mesh, all that good stuff ... )

But, I'll be getting the Apex case. I already have a bunch of ideas for it, and I don't even have the case.

Antec should be an exception to that rule though.
