Completley agree, i plan on heading back to said place of purchase so ill ask if i can get it replaced, also remember this is not for me, all "my" computers run WD hdd's

Ok so new hard drive aquired, old one couldnt be replaced as it had "physical damage" to it so there goes $119.00 down the drain. But it could be worse, so far i have cut out half the rad hole and started drilling the holes for the motherboard. Still need to cut the hole for the psu in the back drill the hole for the power switch then prime it and paint it, cut the plexi side, install the componants and there you go Pcclan will have a computer again. Then when we get up the money it will be water cooled and i will finish the custon waterfall res. Until then.

Wow finally a photo update
first up there is a photo of my shop when its empty in my lexa worklog, well heres a pic of it when it's full

onto bussiness, we started by cutting the io shield hole

then drilled the standoff holes, i used three standoffs to raise the board

then we cut the psu hole

and finally the hole for the video card to poke through

well thats all we did today, tomarrow we will paint the case red

Well anyways, we just finished painting the caes, its not perfect but it's a LOT better than what it was

Well that's all for now, going to wait like a day for it to dry so i will start installing the parts tomarrow.

ok so i fitted the parts and they all fit like a charm, unfotunately the sata cables to the hdd and dvd burner are not long enough though so we will be picking those up sometime this week and the power button will be here wenday, im just on my lunch break so pics will be up when i get home.
