I wish i had gotten that laptop mines is a
Hp pavilion Dv6305us 1.6GHz AMD Turion 64 X2 Dual-Core TL-50 processor 256KB+256+KB of L2 cache 512MB DDR2 SDRAM 1 DIMM 15.4" BrightView WXGA high-definition widescreen double-layer Super Multi 8x DVD±R/RW drive 80GB (5400 rpm) SATA hard drive GeForce 6150 Go It was around 800 though since it had a 200.00 rebate I will be getting 2 sticks of 1 gb memory soon  it will make bf2 run better hopefully. Want to trade laptops ?

Is that configuration with Vista or XP? That would make a BIG diiference on performance. I worry that my Vista machine will be slow even with the 2GB of RAM. Good News though, If I get rid of Vista and add XP, there are XP drivers available for the model I'm buying.
