Review: NZXT Lexa S
By Kayin at 2009-11-09 17:23

Today's test subject is the NZXT Lexa S, the successor to the wildly popular Lexa. Less flash is the order of the day with this case, as the progenitor was an aluminum fascia titan, and very popular in modding circles. This time they've chosen black powdercoat and sharp, creased lines. Given that the progenitor is such a popular case, I hope the successor fares as well.<!--break-->

The case comes well boxed in a brightly colored heavy corrugate carton. The important information about what's in it comes all written on the outside, showing off important features and making the case look like it's the next Lian-Li. The case was packed in the remains of its styrofoam cladding, a plastic bag, and a few sheets of cling plastic, which once removed revealed its empyrean glory. The styrofoam had taken a fair bit of damage, but no external damage was evident.

That box is prettier than it has a right to be

For scale, that lump behind it is my microwave

The front was better, it has explosions
