[edit] Step 1: Making A Grill

• To start I found the mesh that I wanted:

• Then measured (using the gaps) how big the square of mesh needed to be. Make sure that you leave enough room so the fan screws will secure it to the fan.

• Once you have found out how big the mesh needs to be, using wire cutters cut, follow the line of squares down to where the square mesh needs to end and snip the very last one.

• Then slowly and carefully cut that line along with the other line to make a square.

• Place it in the gap to check that it fits alright:

[edit] Step 2: Installing The Fan Grill

This part is the easiest part. Line the case, followed by the grill and then the fan up with each other so the holes for the screws are in line. Then screw the fan screw in normally so it passes through the hole of the grill (if using mesh the screws will go through the mesh by them selves. If not simply snip with the wire cutters where they need to go through) and screw into then fan.

Your job should then be complete!
