| Planning is probably the most vital part of custom computing. Not only will a good planning session help you visualize what you want to build, it will help you expand on ideas you may otherwise overlook. At first that completely chrome case may sound like a good idea alone, but by drawing it out you may see that it will look much better with some prudently placed windows and green cold cathodes. A good plan may also save you money. Simply rushing into that new case with a Dremel might lead to things not turning out the way you intend. All that’s important is that you remember to form a plan in the first place, and don’t run in with the Dremel. |
