First of all, check the temps, if they're fine, check the drivers, if that's good... check connections and all in the computer and maybe upgrade your media player. Since it's new, they probably didn't have the newest drivers on it, unless you built it, in which case you most likely had a CD to install from, still without latest drivers. Good luck dude.

I remember my video going completely pink when i upgraded to nvidias latest drivers a while back (cant remember which release).
Try using a different release of the drivers, thats what cured my problem.

it's just video not regular stuff like pictures and such. movies all look black and white I can see a bit of the color just not very much.
i had a problem a while back with NV drivers, made videos screw up,, try installing a diffrent version of your drivers, if thats fails, try installing the Nvidia Pure Video Demo, see if that helps.

Download this pack (http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm) - K Lite Mega Codec pack, has near enough every codec you will ever need, install it and if you're still getting problems i have no friggin' clue :p

I got it for some reason nvidia desktop manager had saturation all the way down in the video settings.

Weird.. I was going to suggest reinstalling the video codecs. I once had a problem where all my divx vids (hundreds.. ack) were all playing upside down, and reversed left to right.
Codec reinstall solved it. :)

That was EXACTLY where I was going to tell you to head. I had this problem and for some reason opening MSN messenger would fix it. I put up with it until I spoke to a guy I buy hardware off and he said go to the nVidia control panel and reset it to default. It fixed my problem right away!

I'm still trying to figure out how to get nTune to save and load my settings, I OC my card and it goes to default whenever I reboot... if it even truly applies them in the first place. The saves are always faulty btw, I try to load one and it won't let me. New card coming in anyways, and we'll see what happens there.

Lol, I'm just slow atm. Too much on my mind and too much slacking. Stupid short writing class with insufficient time to do all we need...
