Well ive been sick for a few days so ive been laying in bed with my dual boot Macbook. Been looking for a game to play to pass the time as being sick sucks, but the macbook can't play any of the games I want to play right now, and I can't sit at the desk without feeling like arse. (Ya ive been missing the Crysis demo :().

So I went looking through old games. I found one that my friend gave me a long while back that I never got around to playing to be honest.

NOX

I just installed it and have been playing for a while. Gosh is this a pretty cool game. Its kinda diablo style, kinda Baldur's gate. I chose a conjurer because its kinda rangery/druidy. Theres also a warrior and a caster type. This game is seriously fun for what it is.

Here is a gamespot link:

This game is seriously fun, and seems to have a good storyline. Good voice acting for a game like this, and the vocals arent overly long so you can actually pay attention to them.

God I can't believe I let this game sit in its box for a few years. If you find this game in a bargain tub or something grab it. Its fun for those computers that cant handle insane graphics. Just fun, fun, fun.

Anyone ever play this game?

Looks exactly like the old dark eden (http://www.joymax.com/darkeden/).

I guess the isometric view and textures look similar, but so do most isometric games of that era. Other than that I don't see alot of similarities other than those that correspond to that specific genre and era.

Its pretty cool for an old game.
