I tried the Beta 2, but I found that it was a lot slower than my current firefox 2.0, so I switched back.

I think I'm just going to wait for the full release, this time; can you tell us about the rest of the features.

Meh, right now it pretty much sucks. The tabs are on a white line instead of like a tab bar, which looks way too plain(maybe its just the theme im using)

Now speed differences(that ive seen), but an annoyance. When the history comes up, it shows the title of the website as apposed to the url(you have to scroll to se the url) most of the time i regocnize sites by the url as apposed to for example with TBCS it shows the tbcs logo and The Best Case Scenario
as apposed to "thebestcasescenario.com" Also the google search bar is a bit messed up(visual wise(again, maybe the skin, ill try the defalt skin later) Also all my apps arent compatible =(.

On the bright side it uses less recources!

EDIT: i found out the thing with the google bar and the tabs was just the skin i was using

So the Beta 5 is out.
Trying it now and like what i see, think i can detect some speed difference compared to FF2, overall i think it looks good.
Kinda cool with with spelling control :)
Smart Bookmarks is also kinda cool feature.

I run beta 4 right now. I think one of my computers updated to beta 5. Runs great on XP and Vista. No problems at all for me.

I've had problems, but that's the nature of betas ;)

I used 4 for a while and though it performed very nicely and had cool features, it crashed a lot. I actually used it all the way up until they released Beta 5, which doesn't ever crash and is also very cool.

Mine just updated like last week to F3 beta 5. Still have had no issues. But I do like it ALOT better than F2. Esp the "Save and Quit" feature.

It's good to see RC1 is out... I'm really liking FF3. I wonder if they fixed some of the interesting problems.

been using Fx3 since beta5, and got RC1 as soon as it came out.
I have to say it is very much an improvement over Fx2, it starts quicker, takes up less memory (as far as I can see) and has The Awesome Bar! which is quite handy...

:P
