I know it's probably not the best description, but it's the easiest word i could think of to describe it.
Basically, when I have VLC open and playing a video, the video shows through certain images, mostly in Firefox.

This is what the TBCS Dock by noopypoop looks like in Paint when there's a video open in VLC. You can see the ring around the gradient circle where the video is showing through. I believe it's some sort of hardware acceleration issue, but I'm not sure. Any help is appreciated.
