I want to use some led's in my next computer, but I need to know how. Do they come with wires? Or, do I use some wire (seperately bought) to solder to them and connect to my computer. And, where do I connect them to?
You'll need wire, leds, solder, and resistors. You'll also need a solder iron. LEds don't typically come with wire or resistors (although some do, resistor that is). You can power off USB but using your psu's 5v line is recommended.
Check the mod wiki first for an overview

Then Google LED tutorial, you'll find tuts like this which should get you going

For multiple LEDs check this site for calculating resistors for LEDs in series and parallel

Note this is how NOT to do it

Thanks mach.
Especially for the video xD
Your next question.. where to buy them? www.ledshoppe.com. Great prices. Oh, and make sure you follow the number one LED rule... If it doesn't have any, it needs some.

Haha. I agree.
I love leds. Even if it means I have to wear eye protection
