Might sound blasphemous to many, but is there a way to remove just the chat box in TF2? I don't want the whole HUD gone, just the chat box.
No one uses it for anything useful, and having to sit and see people scream and bitch and cuss is enough to just ruin your day. I've never played multiplayer games much because of the little farts that play them and feel they need to be vocal. I just avoided them like the plague. Same reason why I don't use live on 360. I just can't deal with that.
You can say ignore them but we all know that's not all that easy to do. Either way, it gets to me, and I don't want to have to see the punks comments any more.
If not, I'm going to tape a piece of paper to my monitor when I play. Even though I am young, I guess I am just too kind or old fashioned or something. Why people feel they can be complete asses because they are hidden behind the internet I will never get.
