cant be 98, you can't install .NET3 on 98, i've tried, you can fudge it to install but it dosen't like doing it, and its a solid progress bar which is a XP thing.

If you disable the visual styles in XP that's what it looks like.

What's likely happened is the browser window that had the download link was still open in the background, with the same title as the installer window. That would also explain why part of the screen is cut off.
It's still funny though. :D

Most of the time you get the title of the page followed by the browser name - "Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 Setup - Microsoft Internet Explorer" in this case, or "TBCS Community Forums - Reply to Topic - Mozilla Hypnoleopard" right now.
Besides, I wouldn't think the download page would have "Setup" in its title. This has got to be either photoshopped or real, and neither would surprise me.
