ok here the problem it won't boot but it will show up in 985323 bios he board is the evga 780i but other then that it won't work any idea

*note it the fan spins up

So you are saying that on your computer, with the monitor attached to the GFX card, you can't get anything to display even though the computer is on?

But when you put it on will's computer, and you connect the monitor to onboard graphics, you can see the card in BIOS?

ok we put it in his motherboard and not attach it to a montier but it does show up in his bios
