Is that even legal? lol

Citizens should have the right to police the police. After-all, who else is going to? The police? Yea I don't think so. Is there any kind of law or something for this kind of stuff? or do citizens have basically no power over our "superiors"?

(Although I have seen police police police before. I was like FINALLY! I've always wanted to say that! lol)

Edit: Oh yea, well since we have another thread about a country star being hot, this is my counter-arguement. Olivia Munn is not only hotter BUT she is also a total and complete nerd! C'mon! How can you beat that?? :p

funny thing is, what good would it do for the parking enforcement person to pay for a meter? that would be redundant and dumb and a waste of time. they have to park somewhere to get out and write tickets...

it is funny that she ticketed them, but to call them a douche is a little extreme IMO.

Years ago I carried some fake tickets with me to hand out to the parking challenged at work. The parking lot was very small and there were several guys that intentionally took up 2 spaces every day right next to the side entrance (where the employees were encouraged to enter).

My tickets had a picture of Mickey Rat showing the finger and said:
Nice park job A-hole.
People like you should take the bus.

Security saw me one day and gave me **** about it. I continued for almost a year, during which time the CEO of SUN, Scott McNealy personally waited for several of these guys and told them to figure out how to park or find another job. I got one of the tickets back on my desk one day with a simple note:
NICE!
Signed by Scott.

That... is a freaking awesome story.

You always have the most interesting stories Airbozo, why is that?? I swear, I get excited every time I see a post from you. lol

Man though, when the chairman and co-founder of Sun Microsystems tells you to learn how to park or find a new job, YOU BETTER LEARN HOW TO PARK AND QUICK. lol

I must have been a story teller in the past. Some traveling bard in another lifetime. I seem to remember the oddest things and be able to recall them with clarity and spin them into good stories. My wife says I just pay attention. I am a watcher for sure.

I am actually in the process of writing a book of short stories of things that have happened to me in my life (working on it for 5 years now...). Tentative title? Potato Chips on Hold.

I can't claim the idea of the fake tickets. I stole it from a guy that used to wander the parking lot at McDonnell Douglas doing the same thing. Now HE was a nutjob.

Scott is actually a pretty funny guy. Down to earth and all that. I used to do desktop support in the building he was in and ran into him once a month or so.
