This pretty much means you get:
A $277 Zune for $177
A $68 Dock for $0
12 audiobooks for $180
Total value of $525 for $357. You only pay $15 a month on the audible plan, so it doesn't feel as bad. You will only feel the pain of $190 after the first month and zune are paid for.
