Looking for a thread

Hi all,

Let me start with some quick information. I bought my computer parts, slapped it in my rocketfish case and away I went. I have however been feeling that the system is just incomplete. I've got everything I could need in my case, cept the case that I want. I got permission to buy a Silverstone Fortress 02 from the wife, but due to someone getting ahold of her credit card number, the money for that case is gone. Then it happened, my wife suggested her an I collaborate on building a case from scratch. What?! Sure, I'm game, and sure it may take months for us to finish, but what the heck right?

So after tossing around some ideas, we came up with a basic idea for the case, and we want to do most of it in non-transparent lexan. I remember a few years ago, someone had made a cube case out of Orange plexi(one of the colors up for discussion,) but for the life of me I can't remember who did it, or what the case was called. If anyone has any ideas what the name of the modder was, or the name of the project, we would be forever grateful, and will reward with the obvious rep points.

That would be tybrenis, and project Cirque Du Soleil. Not sure how much you'll get out of it. He hasn't been around for a long time, and the pictures are gone from the thread.

I have been pounding my brain, and come to think of it, I dont believe it was a scratch build. I believe it was a Lian-Li Cube case, one of the older styles with the mesh front. He used a non-transparent orange lexan I believe. My wife has the PC-351 Silver edition, his was like that but with mesh on the front.

I wonder if you are talking about NLM (Nano-LAN Monster) bu jegerjon? Unfortunately, his worklog pics are dead and I have been too busy to manually replace them. They are still on the net (assuming this is the right mod), and if you can't find them p0Pe knows him.

There is also TIP-3000 by DaveW which has some nice oranges to it.

@JD: I saw that one when I was going through the gallery looking for it, but that isn't the one. With my luck, it wasn't even on TBCS. Although I don't go anywhere else, so Im not sure how it wouldn't be.
