I have a 939pin AMD 64 and originally had 2x256Mb RAM. I took it in 4 repairs one day and it came back with 3 RAM chips. Woohoo, score! I bought another stick and i'm running 4x256Mb. My motherboard dictates that when all 4 ram slots are in use, that they can run at a max of 333Mhz. I want to upgrade to 2gb of ram, so i'm buying 1x1Gb stick in the mean time.
And now, finally my question... ;) Do you think it would be faster to run dual channel at 333Mhz or single channel at 400Mhz?
