Really Cheap Cases Into Artwork

Has anyone here ever taken a really cheap case, (like $40 - $50) and turned it into a first class piece of artwork? If so, could you post some pics?

Defyant has taken cases worht about 20$ or so and made them into priceless masterpieces.

That's... kind of what we do here, man. Most people don't take a high-end Lian-Li case and start from there... modding is all about transforming the ugly and pretty much worthless into holy crap what is that awesome thing on your desk?!?

Edit: Yeah, Doom 3 started as a super lanboy case, that's a 100 dollar case! (Or at least, it is in the UK!)
That is of course assuming that you're referring to crimson's doom3 case?

lol, my friend has one stock with 1 blue LED fan and 1 red LED from his mobo in it and it actually looks pretty sweet.

Just kidding. Seriously though, it looks so...plastic? Kind of like an overgrown kid's toy, minus the bright colours. I would get sick of it very fast.
