I'd go along the lines of the Matrix itself. Lots of oppertunity for cool lights etc... If you had the patience, you could Dremel the matrix symbols running down the side of the case. I know its a hell of a mission, but think about how cool it would look with a green glow behind it! Maybe you could put a screen in the case displaying a moving version of it? Depends how much money you want to put into it.
