Funny this should happen mere seconds after I replied in the "Fave TV" thread.
So anyway my neice (who is 22) called me up and was laughing her little head off.
Apparently her Mom (my sister) told her a story she just couldn't believe.

"Uncle Mike, is it true that when you were a kid there was a TV show about a guy who drove a truck with a monkey?" "hahahahahahahaha"

The sad part is I remember the show, I remember the actors, I remember the first and last name of the characters, I remember his nemesis, and I even remember how much the guy charged!

I am old... *sigh*

Great .. now I feel old as well.. I knew EXACTLY what show she was talking about... And NOW I have the theme song stuck in my head! or at least the part "BJ McKay and his best friend bear!!"

But just for Minty.. I had to watch it on standard definition, non digital cable, with a selector box that had a cord on it to change the channel.. AND I was barefoot (because it came on right before my bedtime.. hahah)
