Check out my cirque du soleil case. It's completely custom fabricated out of acrylic.

Use a solvent glue for acrylic. It "melts" the two pieces together and fuses them chemically. Weld-On is a good brand name, but check out a local plastics supplier or www.usplastics.com or www.delviesplastics.com for some great products.

Heres a link to my mod:

your mod has no pics that are working o well

and yes power and rest i plan on makeing the case as small and compact as possable smaller then the micro atx case come in.. going to be intresting geting everything to fit.. was working on ways to make it all fit ans so far i got stand the mother board up have the cdrom under it stick the powersupply sideways over vidio card slots and pci (its intrgarted for this reason) then stick the hardrive over the ram its an intresting configuration that works well but right now im working on makeing my power supply have see through sides and a red fan makeing it look like a rocket engine i already got the thruster done i just need to pick up an 80mm fan tomorrow and some plexglass to finish the main part of the case got the powersupply box already cut out of plex glas so thats done need to get 1 stick of ram a new cdrom and it should be done useing a broken cdrom to mock everything up with and old hardrive as well so i can figure out how i want the layout to be...

Please, use punctuation. At midway, I lost myself in the text and had to re-read it again.

wow, umm no offense, but if its going to be just another plexiglass box, thats kinda unoriginal. make it into a cylinder or something ingenious.

i know but the way its going to work and look is going to be very diffrent even the way you open the case is going to be messed up

i was going to make a wood one then i saw the wooden wall pc and though hmm there goes my idea so im makeing a super small see through case with a moded powersupply take a normal greyh power supply add see through sides red fan and a fan duct on the back to make it look like a rocket im still trying to find the right button for the front..

I found this link in another thread. It shows how to turn scrap acrylic pieces into a glue so you can use that to glue your panels together. :D

That doesn't work very well, is very dangerous, and is not recomended. For practically the same price as those solvents (available at a local home improvement store) you can get a REAL acrylic solvent that will actually do a good job, not some half ass job that you get from acetone and methyl ethyl ketone. I've tried it before, I've tried it many different ways, but it just doesn't work.

Sorry about the pics, my webhost just went down. I'll have to fix them soon.

Good to know, sry for the bad info. I've never done this myself just came upon it and thought it was worth a shot.
