New CPU and HSF will be here tomorrow. I just have one thing:

How the heck are you supposed to put on the heatsink?

What heatsink did you order?

You did buy thermal grease right? Like... Arctic Silver?

What the hell? Coffee? Where did that come from? Maybe you had too much coffee?

Anyways, I don't see what you're trying to get at lol. You put it on as per the instructions that come with your mobo. Very simple instructions (that are probably wrong):

1. Put in CPU.
2. Apply thermal paste.
3. Optional. Use a credit-card like thing to spread it around. Not always necessary. My Blue Orb's instructions said put on a dot, put on the heatsink, screw it down, and rotate it 2º or so and let it spread itself with heat.
4. Read the rest of #3. :p.

If you mean how do you put on mounting hardware/screw on the heatsink, then you'll probably have to put it on with the mobo out of the case, as I think that they get screwed on from the back.

I never used Intel's stock heatsink. But by looking at it, it looks like you just push the 4 push pins down until it clicks into place. If that isn't correct, I'm sure you'll figure it out though. Doesn't look complicated.

You might want to do this with the mobo outside your case so you can use your other hand to support the back of the mobo. Sounds like pushing them in puts quite a bit of pressure on the motherboard.

uhm actually no, its really easy just push, not a lot of force required
