I have seriously messed up my paint job one one side of my pc case, i did two layers, and it looked beautiful. I should have left it as it was, however i managed to drip paint right accross it. Not thinking i used some sand paper and ruined the whole theing, (gouging deep grooves into it) now i need to remove the whole 2 layers and redo it. Any ideas, im thinking sand paper, but i was doing it with like 100 grit, and it was a ****er. Would paint stripper work?

No,
Don't use paint stripper. I went down that road once. You'll end up with a big gooey mess.
First off, take a break. It's much easier to fix a project after you cool off from gooning it up. I've been there.
Once your ready to get back to it. Use some higher grit sandpaper. Start with 400 or so. Wet sand it if possible. Wet-sanding keeps the sandpaper from getting all clogged up with paint.
Work your way up in grit, like 400, 600, 900. Until it's relatively smooth. No need to prime again. Just spray your color coat again 2-3 coats. Then wet sand with 1000. Then clear coat 2-3 coats and sand with 1000, then 1500, then buff it out with rubbing compound.
Notice how I'm talking in 600-1500 grit range. That's the range for paint. Any lower is for wood and stuff.
I've gooned up plenty of paint jobs. They are always fixable. But don't make it worse, using stuff like paint stripper.
I hope this helps.
