I want to sculpt fome figures such as this one: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Gillians.jpg

And I want to know what should I use that is not easy to break since the spikes and noses may be somewhat breakable. Should I use bondo, clay? any other things?

EDIT: I want the figures to be able to harden and that can be drill with a dremel

Sculpey is good for modeling, but from my experience, it can become brittle and has a tendency to shrink overtime. I'd probably model with sculpey but cast the final figure in resin or something.
