i think 96dpi is the default which is actually pretty small @ 1600x1200 but i'm gotten used to small text over the years.
cool, i'll keep that in mind when my mother starts complaining about how small the text is on her netbook.
In XP you just go into the advanced settings of the display properties, there you can set the text size.
Naw, I think that increasing the DPI puts things out of proportion.
Besides, I think that running it that high is bad for the monitor.
it's fine, its just software scaling the icons and crap. its not like physically overdriving some hardware or something to make the letter A have 10 pixels instead of 7.Quote:
