And here is is cooling a i7 965 Extreme O/C @ 4.15 Ghz .... CPU...
It is liquid cooling I tink .. only refrigerant, hence 20 degrees lower temps than watercooling. And the manufacturer is Thermaltake who are probably not going to lie about a seven hundred dollar...

There is a lot of material out there suggesting $200 is better spent on good air cooling than cheap water cooling. The best air solutions outperform the cheap water cooling solutions.
