Zune Software Crashing For No Reason

I start up my Zune Software and immediately it brings up the window asking you if you want to send an error report or not. I can play music and all while that is up but I can't sync my Zune. Is there any way to fix this crap or some other software I can use to sync my Zune? I know reformatting would work but I do NOT want to do that again... especially since I had to about a month ago.

ok.. this is realllllly hard to explain so bare with me.

1. uninstall your zune software.
2. Download the Zune Media Collection Reset tool from here http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

3. Reinstall Zune

If that dosen't work let me know.

It says this when I try to run it:

An error occurred while resetting your collection.
Error Details: Service Zune Network Sharing Service was not found on your computer '.'.
