question... how hard is the surface? did you add anything to harden the paper or just paint? are you concerned about damaging it?

Tested it by tugging at the curves and knocking it with knuckles and won't budge at all I used gripping glue after the mold is dry to cover the whole panel prior to the sprayjob. Covered in glue till its all shiny meaning excessive glue on top.

Paint comes in clear coat, black-brown, dried, black, dried, brown highlight, dried, clear coat thats about 5 layers of paint but it kinda absorb almost all of the first 3 layers. Damaging it i doubt it cos I don't move it and there's no solid object near the case except the speakers. It may not be as tough as bondo, but its definitely tough all over except the brims.

Thanks man. Still preparing the material tho. And had been very busy travelling back n forth to catch Chelsea Football Club in training (yesterday) and the match against the national team which I just came back from. Tomorrow I'll need to go lunch with ex colleagues so probably will show more or less of the keyboard by this weekend.
