i moved the HDD down to the second rack, and it didnt improve temps at all. Im suprised as it allows more airflow. But it did increase my GPU 1C, but could be the ambient temp in the house, as it is pretty hot.

A.C. unit for the case? I don't know. Are you taking air in at the bottom, and out at the top? There's plenty of air flow space around the card? Not really anything else that I can think of at the moment.

I have front intake, and a side intake, and 2 rear exhaust
Well i tried overlocking to 3.0 Ghz with a 1340 FSB and i kept crashing. getting BSODs in windows and during my prime95 tests.

unlink your ram and cpu fsb's if you haven't already. and u will have to up the voltages for cpu and n/b (up the n/b by 1 setting only it should be 1.4 i think)
