    Default Help GUys!!!

    So here I am wanting to play with a wlan card...usb style...and So I bought one...right...and what I did was install it on my wifes laptop just to see how it works....and she already had a wlan card on her laptop...SO now I cant get her factory configured card to work...Point me in the right direction.

    You could try rolling back to the last configuration. You gotta make sure all the drivers and software is gone or they're gonna fight in there.

    XP...Ill try to uninstall all the stuff for the other network card.

    You could try a system restore. That usually works.

    As above, system restore would do it... and it doesnt destroy/delete any modified/created files since the last restore point, so you dont have to worry about that.

    I would start by checking the Add/Remove programs list to see if you can uninstall the new drivers from there, then reboot and test.

    You can also check to see if the drivers are in the device manager and remove them from there.
    If that doesn't work you could go into your computer manager and see if you can find the drivers in the registry.
