F/S: older parts from custom built pc

I have a six year old intel mobo model D865PERL, a P4 2.4 gig processor, a 40 gig seagate hd, a new pci graphics card, a new 1 gig stick of Kingston ddr memory, a the original 256mb stick of ddr memory that with the mobo, and any other parts to this old pc i can find to go with it. asking for $75 OBO. That does NOT include shipping
