Was doing great and heres what it looks like
and then the problem
Only came with a 20 pin and no 4 pin for the processor. Anybody wouldn't want to trade a compact psu with 24 pin mobo and 4 pin cpu connector would they?

that shouldn't be a problem. just add in the wires to existing wire harness. with the amount of power your mobo pulls, the power supply should have enough juice on the 12v rail to handle it.
Just found the manual for this.. could I sacrifice the molex branch to feed the cpu and the extra 4 pins for the mobo?
if this is one of the mini-box psu's, then yes, the 12v "rail" has enough current capabilities to run your 12v processor line and the extra 4 pins for the mobo.
another interesting thing though, is those extra 4 pins on your mobo are connected to the other pins on the 24 pin connector through traces on the board. so you can actually use just the 20 pin connector from the psu and just plug it in the 24 pin socket and you should be fine.
you still need the extra 12v connector for the cpu though.
Got it all wired up thanks for the help xr4. Then the failboat just wouldn't sink. I have a failed stick of ram logging on to new egg right now to see if it is still under warranty.
Dear mushkin I <3 your lifetime warranty
