another thing to consider is the x1900gt. it is in the same price range for the most part... except this sapphire one

i dont know how the x1900gt and the 7900gt stack up. im going to look for some comparisons... but i would imagine they would be close, and the price of that particular sapphire card is attractive.
<EDIT> yes the x1900gt and 7900gt are about evenly matched at stock speeds. to give the 7900 an advantage worth noting, i would say you need a core clock of about 500 (stock is 450). to give the x1900 an advantage, i would say a core clock of about 625 (stock is 575). both of them may allow you to unlock an extra few pipelines as well. overall it really is a toss up.
