I need a case with 29cm of hard disk space. This will get me six hard drives with a separation of 2cm between each. Aside from this I need space for two CD drives.
Is there a case that can match this? I don't a bit of mind modifying.

There are a lot of cases that can fit 6 hard drives. Though I don't know if they have 2 cm of space in between each. That isn't something found on a spec sheet.
I might be going to Fry's Electronics this Friday to buy stuff for my PC and try to do some Christmas shopping. I can do a few measurements for you. Of course, they don't have a huge selection like Newegg. They don't even have as much as their website offers. Anyways, let me know what you think of this idea.
