steam isnt working anymore...for me

i just upgraded to vista and now my steam games dont work all i get is this message "this games are currently unavailable please try again at another time" and now i miss playing counterstrike,halflife2,and gmod9

that sucks.. i hate when steam doesn't work. from the sounds of vista its more of a downgrade then up, but thats just me. i am going to wait till all that crap is fixed and then i will consider it.

They dont happen to be updating do they? If not I would reccomend a reinstall. And yes I know what im asking Steam takes FOREVER. but hey, if you can get it to work that way...

Vista. Sucks.

It's full of crap bugs and Spawn-Inc. is totally right. I'm going to wait till it is bug-free. (what a coincidence, the beta is crap and so is the final version:l)

I would suggest waiting on Vista until SP1 comes out. By then, steam should be working.

You might want to go to steams forums and search for this. I don't think you'll get an answer here.

for me maybe not ALL the bugs, but a large number of them. even still i'm am perfectly happy with xp home. and from what i heard all vista does is eat lots of ram. i didn't actually hear that persay, it just looks like it does with all the new features.
